1.The key to waking up early is going to bed early.
2.Make sure you have your clothes and things for the day laid out ahead of time, this way you don't have to make any decisions in the morning.
3.Set an alarm that is loud and annoying so that it startles you out of your sleep and wakes you up faster.
4.Also, if the alarm is across the room, all the better, that way the first thing you do in the morning is jump out of bed and sprint across the room and it gets your adrenaline going.
5.Splash cold water on your face if your eyes are red and puffy.
6.Get your beverage of choice or change to buy one on the way.
